MicroGreens

These are microgreens. They are herbs and vegetables harvested with only their first two leaves. This is a rainbow mix of sunflower greens, Night and Hong Vit radish greens, and Bull's Blood Beet greens.

Lea's Micro Market has microgreens available year-round.
Microgreens are versatile, they burst with fresh flavor and color. Add them to almost anything, or just enjoy snacking your way to health.
For the best price, order the rainbow mix. We offer this mix for less because it changes based on what microgreens we have available. A 4 oz package of rainbow mix is $20.00.
We grow 20+ different microgreens, and their prices reflect individual seed costs, week of care, and labor of harvest. Discounts are available when purchasing 4 or more ounces.
Amaranth, Arugula, Genovese Basil, Red Rubin Basil, Broccoli, Red Cabbage, Kale, Broccoli Raab, Bull's Blood Beet, Chervil, Cilantro, Curly Cress, China Rose Radish, Hong Vit Radish, Night Radish, Mizuna Mustard, Tatsoi, Red Mustard, Red Veined Sorrel, Peas, Shiso, and Sunflowers.

Past, Present, and Future

These are photos of my actual product. The first are trays of micro greens: Cilantro, Bulls Blood Beet, and Opal Basil. There are a variety of tomatoes. You can have a close up view of micro Opal Basil, Arugula, and Bulls Blood. I know an artist who shares his perspective of things I encourage to grow.
